Use of the Foundation Gift Card signifies acceptance of the following terms and conditions: The card holder is responsible for observing the transaction amount charged to his/her account at the point of sale and the card holder is responsible for monitoring his/her own account balance. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. This card cannot be redeemed for cash. Any card account that is inactive for more then 24 months and has a balance of $5.00 or less will have a service maintenance fee of $1.00 per month applied.
