The Cal Poly Pomona Faculty and Staff Housing project, Fair Oaks Walk Townhomes now has an office and model open every Friday through Monday from 10:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. or you can make an appointment with Peter Shelton at 909-596-6019(Fair Oaks office). New Buyer Assistance Programs are now in place, including a silent second loan which provides down payment assistance and a NO Risk Buyback option providing protection against a drop in the market should you need to sell in the next 3 years.
