ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS: |
- Must be a Foundation employee to be eligible for incentives.
- Must report to work between the hours of 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
- Must participate in any mode of transportation other than drive alone twelve days
or more a month to qualify.
- Employee’s workday must be at least 4 consecutive hours or more of work for
purposes of the incentive program.
- An enrollment form must be on file prior to submitting a monthly calendar.
- Inactive rideshare participants for a period of 6 months or longer is required to resubmit a Rideshare Enrollment Form.

CARPOOL DEFINITION: |
- A vehicle occupied by two to six people traveling together between their residences and their work site or destinations for the majority of the total trip distance.
- If you provide your child a ride (during 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM) to a licensed childcare provider or school that is more than half your commute to work, this is considered carpooling.

CARPOOL INCENTIVE: |
- Staff employees using carpools, who have paid for a parking decal and participate a minimum of 12 days per month, will receive a parking reimbursement incentive of $30.00 per participating month. Incentives will be paid quarterly. Students are not eligible for parking incentives.
- Employees carpooling may be issued a special rideshare parking sticker (based on availability from University Rideshare Office) which when properly displayed, entitles the driver to park in assigned preferred parking locations.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION INCENTIVE: |
- Employees using public transportation, participating a minimum of 12 days a month, will receive an incentive of $30.00 per participating month. Incentives will be paid quarterly. Students are not eligible for incentives.

WALK /BIKE/ VILLAGE SHUTTLE INCENTIVE: |
- Employees that walk, bike or ride the Village shuttle to work, participate a minimum of 12 days per month, will receive an incentive of $30.00 per month. Incentives will be paid quarterly. Students are not eligible for incentives.
- Employees who live on campus and report to a work site on campus or living in the University Village and reporting to work at the Village do not qualify for this program.

OTHER PROGRAM INCENTIVES: |

Employees using any of the alternative modes of transportation listed above will earn a credit of $1 per qualifying day in Foundation Bronco Bucks, up to a maximum of $20 per month. Bronco Bucks can be used at most places on campus that accept cash. Bronco Bucks are taxed and will appear on your payroll check stub as "RDSSHR SCRP TAXABLE"
- Employees participating in the Trip Reduction Program will be guaranteed a ride home, if an unscheduled work or family emergency prevents you from using your normal method of transportation.
- Foundation managers are encouraged to accommodate minor work schedule modifications for employees who can benefit from such accommodations due to carpool or public transportation demands. As a general practice, such accommodations are limited to minor adjustments to starting times, lunch periods and shift ending times. These adjustments are to provide more work schedule flexibility and are subject to the operational demands of each individual Foundation Unit.
