It’s with great pleasure that we welcome you to the FHS/University Village, Cal Poly Pomona and to the University Village web site! This continually evolving web site is intended to be a helpful tool for making your stay here as enjoyable as possible. We have included every policy, procedure, and piece of helpful information we could find to answer many of your questions about living at the Village. Please review the entire web site thoroughly in order to have all of the necessary information to fully benefit from living “with us”. Please remember, you are responsible for everything that is contained here and will be held accountable for following all policies, procedures and important dates. The Village web site is your “one stop” when learning about what we have to offer. You can even check your account balance; pay your license fees and other charges on-line! Check-out planned programs and activities and important announcements each day. The Village web site is a “must have” on your favorites list!

The University Village Staff is committed to providing you with quality customer service. Whether we are helping you at our office, assisting you with a work order in your apartment, in person or on-line, we want you to know we are here to make your residential experience a positive one. Our team is proud of our ability to listen to all residents, to provide excellent customer service, and to address your concerns in a timely manner.
